1.  We ask that you only bid if you are able to complete your purchase. If you do not complete your purchase and do not contact us your account will be restricted.  We count on everyone following through on their obligation.  Please note California Sales Tax will be added to each purchase as well as a 13% buyers premium (3% discount if paying with cash at pickup). 

2.  Pickup day for this auction is  Sunday March 16th from 2 pm - 5 pm location in Coarsegold in the Oak Creek Mobile park  located at 46041 Road 415 exact unit address will be on your winning invoice.   Please note this when you are bidding do not bid if you are not able to make this pickup time.  Do not assume adjustments may be made for you please contact us with any questions before bidding.   You MAY have someone else pickup for you.
