User Agreement / Bidder Terms
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All Bidders are required to register online and you must read & agree to all terms and conditions before bidding. By bidding you are agreeing to the following terms. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you may not use our auction site. All bidders must be at least 18 years old to register an account. By bidding you are agreeing to complete your purchase by paying the invoiced price and removing your items at the stated pickup time and date. In the event a bidder may be deemed to be acting in a fraudulent way Merlin's Auctions at it's sole discretion, reserves the right to revoke bidding privliges at anytime without reason
All images appearing on this site remain property of Merlin's Auctions and are not available to be used in other capacitates or on other sites without our written permission.
You may not list items currently appearing for sale on our site on other sites before our auction has closed. If it is discovered your account will be disabled and your future bids will be disallowed. You may not use any photos appearing on our site on any other site without our written permission.
Shipping: Unless stated otherwise out of area shipping is not offered. However check each auction for terms specific to that auction. Do not expect shipping will be offered unless it is stated in the instructions or if you have contacted the individual auction company before bidding and received permission.
Pickup Instructions:
A) Each auction has a stated pickup date and time if you can not make this time please do not bid. Do not assume that exceptions will be made for you. Any questions in this regard should be addressed before bidding.
B) All winning bidders are responsible to bring help and any needed packaging materials that may be needed. Merlin's Auctions does not provide physical help or moving equipment or packaging material. We do not move furniture or load your vehicle for you.
C) All Buyers are responsible for the safe removal of any winning purchases. If in the estimation of Merlin's Auctions a winning buyer does not have adequate assistance, tools or ability to safely remove an item Merlin's reserves the right to disallow removal of said item(s). Buyer is responsible for any property damage that may be caused, and the costs associated with said damage, in association with the removal of any purchased merchandise by the buyer or any person assisting the buyer in removal.
D) We recommend using professional movers if needed, contact us if you need the number of a mover.
AS IS PURCHASES:
All items are sold as-is and unless stated otherwise are untested. We do note any obvious damage or flaws we may observe however the photos serve as your best description. Most items we sell are in used conditions if you have other questions please contact seller before bidding. This being said all sales are final with no refunds or exchanges.
