Please read before bidding as things can change!!

1.  Please only bid if you are able to follow through and make your purchase. We really count on everyone following through on their obligation.  California Sales Tax will be added to each purchase as well as a 13% buyers premium (3% discount if paying with cash at pickup).  If you are the winning bidder on an item you will receive an invoice link by text (this feature not available if you only supply a land line) as well as email which will have payment options and the pickup location on it.  If paying online please wait until all items you are bidding on have closed before paying your invoice.

2.  Pickup day for this auction is Monday May 20th in Yosemite Lakes Park (Address will be on your invoice) from 4-7 P.M.  please note this when you are bidding do not bid if you are not able to make this pickup time.  Do not assume adjustments may be made for you please contact us with any questions before bidding.   You MAY have someone else pickup for you.

3. Shipping Is not available for this auction.

4. If a situation arises where you can't be present PLEASE call or text 559-352-7716.  We understand things happen on occasion.  That being said we expect if you are bidding you will be available at the pickup time and day.
