1.  Please only bid if you are able to follow through and make your purchase. We count on everyone behaving like an adult and following through on their obligation.  Please note California Sales Tax will be added to each purchase as well as a 13% buyers premium (3% discount if paying with cash at pickup).  If you are the winning bidder on an item you will receive an invoice link by text (this feature not available if you only supply a land line) as well as email which will have payment options and the pickup location on it.  If paying online please wait until all items you are bidding on have closed before paying your invoice.

2.  Pickup day for this auction is Sunday May 5th from 12 - 4 P.M. at Palm Olive Antiques 302 E Olive Fresno California, please note this when you are bidding do not bid if you are not able to make this pickup time.  Do not assume adjustments may be made for you please contact us with any questions before bidding.   You MAY have someone else pickup for you.

3. Shipping Is available on this auction a flat rate of $12 for the first item and an additional $2 per each additional item.  Payment for shipping will be made apart from your regular invoice.

4. If a situation arises where you can't be present PLEASE call or text 559-352-7716.  We understand things happen on occasion.  That being said we expect if you are bidding you will be available at the pickup time and date.

5.  All items sold as-is without warranty or guarantee.

WE WILL ADD PICTURES DAILY UNTIL AUCTION DAY.  This auction features the estate of a lady that loved oak! She also loved quality furniture and decor. We will be featuring all kinds of antique furniture, beds, dressers, washstands, even a coal bin! There is a pot belly wood stove, another wood stove, a thread display cabinet x 2, a GORGEOUS oak roll top LOCKING desk, many primitive items, African-American Folk Art dolls, bisque dolls, quilts, an amazing selection of smalls, PYREX in near perfect condition, blue Ball jars, amazing patio set, and an enormous array of fine garden items (even an antique plow).

This auction contains a lot of nice items, plus a lot of items that would be good for projects. Lots of vintage Japanese lacquerware and tableware. There are three sofas, several chairs, a Waterfall vanity, several dressers, a recliner, a beautiful coffee table, a vintage RCA console stereo system, a vintage RCA Solid State TV, lots of Japanese art, linens, books, a washer and dryer, a television, a VCR/DVD player, 3 beautiful, mature Jade plants, vintage fabric, vintage sewing supplies, vintage Singer sewing machine, an awesome TempurPedic bed (the real deal) which moves and massages, some kitchen items, lots of smalls, a nice collection of vintage 80s furniture with smoked glass, and the coolest swag Capiz shell lamps! Plus, lots more...please bring your own boxes, a lot of these items are fragile.
