We count on everyone behaving like an adult and following through on their obligation.  Please note California Sales Tax will be added to each purchase as well as a 13% buyers premium (3% discount if paying with cash at pickup).  Office is upstairs you must bring help for your items we will not be able to help you lift heavy things!!

2.  Pickup day  Sunday afternoon January 21st 3-6, please note this when you are bidding do not bid if you are not able to make this pickup time.  You may have someone else pickup for you.  You must bring help for your items we will not be able to help you lift heavy things!!

3. No shipping available on this auction.

4. If a situation arises where you can't be present PLEASE call or text 559-352-7716.  We understand things happen on occasion.  That being said we expect if you are bidding you will be available at the pickup time and date.
