One of the finest quality record collections we have featured online. While not huge in numbers many of the albums still have the original factory wrapping protecting the covers and the albums we looked at appear to be well cared for with many in excellent condition. A great opportunity to upgrade your collection.  This small auction has a nice variety of high quality items.

Unless noted we have not tested the items in this auction, that being said all lots are sold as-is with no warranty and no returns or refunds. 

By bidding on this site you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase any items you may win.  You must be 18 years or more to bid. 

Pickup for this auction will happen Sunday February 22nd from 1 - 3 pm (Address on your winning invoice) (please note this time and date if you are not able to be at the pickup please do not bid) near Marks & Barstow in Fresno CA the exact location will be on your winning invoice.

What is "Proxy Bid"?  If are notified that your bid has been exceeded "By Proxy" this means there is a higher bid in place and until that bid is exceeded your bid is not the high bid.  For example if the current bid is $5 and you want to bid $100 your bid would be the "Proxy Bid" until $100 is exceeded.  No one knows what your high bid is and if the bidding on that item goes to $45 you will only be charged $45 not the $100 which you were willing to pay.  Give us a call if you have questions.

We use a "hard Close" system meaning the auction closes at the exact time listed and the highest bidder at that moment will win.  There is a 30 second window between each lots closing.   Very similar to eBay's system, the closing time is the closing time and does not extend! Stay engaged, keep refreshing your browser, and be familiar with the item's closing time - they are ALL different and we want you to WIN!

1.  We ask that you only bid if you are able to complete your purchase. Our expectation is if you win an item you are responsible for paying for that item whether you pick it up or not if you do not pay and do not contact us you will not be able to participate in future auctions.  We really count on everyone following through on their obligation.     Please note California Sales Tax will be added to each purchase as well as a 13% buyers premium (3% discount if paying with cash at pickup).  If you are the winning bidder on an item you will receive an invoice link by text (this feature not available if you only supply a land line) as well as email which will have payment options and the pickup location on it.  If paying online please wait until all items you are bidding on have closed before paying your invoice.    

2.  Pickup day for this auction is Sunday February 22nd 1 - 3 pm. Please note this when you are bidding & do not bid if you are not able to make this pickup time.  Do not assume adjustments may be made for you please contact us with any questions before bidding. You MAY have someone else pickup for you, we ask you inform us ahead of time.  Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material if desired.  

3. Merlins-Auctions retains the right to block any bidder without cause or notice.  Any images created and used on this site remain the property of Merlins-Auctions and may not be used or reproduced without express permission.  We reserve the right to withdraw, postpone or cancel any listed item(s) at our sole discretion, with or without notice.  We shall have no liability to you as the result of any withdrawal, postponement or cancellation.  We reserve the right to void a bid that may be placed, whether winning or not, which we believe is not made in good faith.  You may not bid on items that you may currently also be attempting to sell online.  You may not list items on our currently bidding auctions for sale on any other site while our bidding is active.   By bidding on this site you are agreeing to these terms.
