It has come to our attention that a Bidder on our auctions has listed items from this auction on Ebay (ending at approximately the same time as our auction ends) as if that product is theirs to sell and is using our photographs to promote their listings. This involves lots 200, 216, 219, 248, 269, 265, 271 and 280. I have asked this individual to please remove these items but they have refused. I have registered a complaint and reported this to Ebay and I have disabled this persons current account with us. We do not condone or permit this kind of activity when we become aware of it. Once you own the product you are of course free to do what you will with it and we hope if you are a reseller that you make money at it. But while our seller still owns the product we ask that you not list it for sale on other sites. We are going forward with the close of this auction with these items but in the spirit of transparency I wanted you all to know that this situation exists.

We use a "hard Close" system meaning the auction closes at the exact time listed and the highest bidder at that moment will win. Very similar to eBay's system, the closing time is the closing time and does not extend! Stay engaged, keep refreshing your browser, and be familiar with the item's closing time - they are ALL different and we want you to WIN!
1. We ask that you only bid if you are able to complete your purchase. Our expectation is if you win an item you are responsible for paying for that item whether you pick it up or not if you do not pay and do not contact us you will not be able to participate in future auctions. We really count on everyone following through on their obligation. Please note California Sales Tax will be added to each purchase as well as a 13% buyers premium (3% discount if paying with cash at pickup). If you are the winning bidder on an item you will receive an invoice link by text (this feature not available if you only supply a land line) as well as email which will have payment options and the pickup location on it. If paying online please wait until all items you are bidding on have closed before paying your invoice.
2. Pickup day for this auction is Saturday August 2nd from 10 am - 1 pm. Location is just East of Clovis near Ashlan and Bethel - the exact address and pickup instructions will be on your winning invoice. Please note this when you are bidding & do not bid if you are not able to make this pickup time. Do not assume adjustments may be made for you please contact us with any questions before bidding. You MAY have someone else pickup for you, we ask you inform us ahead of time. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material if desired.
3. LOADING - PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DISASSEMBLY, MOVING, LOADING AND SECURING OF YOUR ITEMS. OUR STAFF WILL BE AVAILABLE TO DIRECT YOU TO YOUR ITEMS, HOWEVER WE ARE UNABLE TO ASSIST WITH HEAVY ITEMS, TRANSPORT, OR LOADING - PLAN FOR ADEQUATE HELP, TOOLS, AND PACKING MATERIALS!
4. Merlins-Auctions retains the right to block any bidder without cause or notice. Any images created and used on this site remain the property of Merlins-Auctions and may not be used or reproduced without express permission. We reserve the right to withdraw, postpone or cancel any listed item(s) at our sole discretion, with or without notice. We shall have no liability to you as the result of any withdrawal, postponement or cancellation.
