It is the bidder’s responsibility to read all descriptions and to look at all pictures.

Do not bid if you do not intend to pay/show up. We do not ship and we do not hold things or take them to another location. Please do not ask.

Please bring your own boxes and your own assistance. if you bring your children, they are your responsibility. Please do not allow them to roam freely.

Only those who have items in the auction will be allowed entrance into the house.
