Property logistics and parking are VERY difficult and require some creativity to deliver an enjoyable experience for our buyers and the neighboring residents. For this reason, we are asking all winning bidders to report to a large, roomy parking lot adjacent to the property, located at 1724 W BULLARD AVE 93711 (Formerly Casa Corona). Look for our red tent and signs! Some Lots will be available at this location for immediate pickup and others will be available at the physical property next door. Our staff will be around to help reduce the chaos - please help us in turn by following the pickup instructions you're provided. We use a "hard Close" system meaning the auction closes at the exact time listed and the highest bidder at that moment will win. Very similar to eBay's system, the closing time is the closing time and does not extend! Stay engaged, stay refreshing your browser, and be familiar with the item's closing time - they are ALL different and we want you to WIN!
1. We ask that you only bid if you are able to complete your purchase. If you do not complete your purchase and do not contact us your account will be restricted. We count on everyone following through on their obligation. Please note California Sales Tax will be added to each purchase as well as a 13% buyers premium (3% discount if paying with cash at pickup). If you are the winning bidder on an item you will receive an invoice link by text (this feature not available if you only supply a land line) as well as email which will have payment options and the pickup location on it. If paying online please wait until all items you are bidding on have closed before paying your invoice.
2. Pickup day for this auction is SATURDAY JUNE 14 8:OO-1:00 pm location is in Fresno in the BULLARD & WEST area - the exact address and pickup instructions will be on your winning invoice. Please note this when you are bidding & do not bid if you are not able to make this pickup time. Do not assume adjustments may be made for you please contact us with any questions before bidding. You MAY have someone else pickup for you, we ask you inform us ahead of time. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material if desired.
3. LOADING - PLEASE NOTE YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DISASSEMBLY, MOVING, LOADING AND SECURING OF YOUR ITEMS. OUR STAFF WILL BE AVAILABLE TO DIRECT YOU TO YOUR ITEMS, HOWEVER WE ARE UNABLE TO ASSIST WITH HEAVY ITEMS, TRANSPORT, OR LOADING - PLAN FOR ADEQUATE HELP, TOOLS, AND PACKING MATERIALS!
